Human Rights Complaint
If you are an employee who has been subject to discrimination in the workplace by reason of your age, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation, family obligations, race, sex, criminal record, disability, or other areas in your life, you may be able to file a human rights complaint.
A human rights complaint can be filed under the Ontario Human Rights Code or the Canadian Human Rights Act depending on which legislation applies. We can assist you with this claim.
