Human Rights Claims

As an employer, it is your obligation to ensure that your employees do not face discrimination in the workplace based on any of the protected grounds in either the Human Rights Code which governs provincially regulated employers in Ontario or the Canadian Human Rights Act which governs federally regulated employers. However, if you are an employer and you are alleged to have discriminated against an employee and a claim has been filed against you, we may be able to assist you in the defence of such a claim.
